Ninja 400 vs RC390 - Second Try

Kawasaki Ninja 400 vs KTM RC390, my thoughts and opinions.
I haven't ridden either of them, this is an off the cuff impression not a tightly scripted review. You can definitely track a Ninja and obviously plenty of people enjoy their RC390's on the street. Flame away. It helps the algorithm.
