MPs speak with reporters on Parliament Hill as they convene for the daily question period in the House of Commons. Defence Minister Anita Anand and Immigration Minister Sean Fraser provide an update on Canada’s response to the ongoing conflict in Sudan. Minister Anand is also asked about Russia's claims that Ukraine attempted to assassinate President Vladimir Putin in a drone attack.

Ministers Omar Alghabra (transport), Seamus O'Regan (labour) and Joyce Murray (fisheries) are asked about Newfound and Labrador Premier Andrew Furey's call for the harbour fence in St. John's to be torn down. The premier wrote to the federal transport minister last summer on the issue.
