As of now, the municipality of Soyapango is completely surrounded.

8,500 soldiers and 1,500 agents have surrounded the town, while police and army extraction teams are taking out the remaining gang members one by one.

Ordinary citizens have nothing to fear and can go on with their normal lives.

This is an operation against criminals, not honest citizens.
