Two Ukrainian drones target the Kremlin in what Moscow has called an attempted assassination of Vladimir Putin. The Russian president was not inside his residence during the drone strike, which was repelled by electronic defenses. Putin's schedule remains unchanged, according to his spokesman. As Kiev denies responsibility for the attack, the Kremlin says Russia retains the right to retaliate at any time, and as it sees fit.
