Between 200 to 300 immigrants arrive in NYC by bus per day, city official says

Manuel Castro, Commissioner for the New York City Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs, says the Big Apple has been welcoming between 200 to 300 immigrants daily for nearly a year. After welcoming 41 immigrants who were bused from Texas by Governor Greg Abbott early Wednesday morning, Castro told reporters that New York City is disappointed with the federal government for not doing more to intervene.
