Police officers seen running with guns after shelter in place order lifted in Midtown Atlanta

Footage shows law enforcement officers wearing tactical gear running down the street in Midtown Atlanta after a shelter in place order was lifted following the Northside Hospital shooting. One woman has died and four others are being treated for serious injuries following the mass shooting. The suspect carjacked a vehicle to escape the scene and remains at large.
