PS3 4.89 & PS Vita 3.74 Updates - Discussing Changes, Mods, and More!

PS3 4.89 and PS Vita 3.74 firmwares released on May 10, 2022 and seem to offer something more than just a standard "stability" update this time around. While the PS3 tools get updated to support the latest firmware, the Vita has hardly had any downtime since h-encore² seems to be completely unpatched and working on this new firmware update.
