9th Constitutional Default: The Newsom Indictments (Count 5 - ELECTIONS)

We can not have a true Republic if there is no legitimate election process to ensure Representation by elected officials to the people. Governor Newsom knows this, that is why he and his administration have not done and will now do anything to fix the election system. If they do, they know they will be voted OUT.

Instead, California residents are leaving the state en masse because they know they have no representation by the California Government.
