Although it is highly anticipated the FOMC will raise rates as high as 25 bps today, the market will ultimately decide whether the Federal Reserve has anymore credibility. On the other hand, the BRICS look on with hungry eyes for their moment to pounce and eat away at America's reserve currency hegemony.
