Installing an RMR Optic on the Ruger-57 | Swampfox Kingslayer

The Ruger-5.7 comes optics-ready; the slide has pre-drilled optic mounting holes just ahead of the rear sight. Two mounting plates designed to fit those holes from Ruger. One of the available mounts fits Burris and Vortex red dot sights. The other fits Docter, Meopta, EOTech and Insight sights.
Limiting this firearm to the Docter/ footprint is a frustration for Ruger-57 owners. I found that Galloway Precision offered an RMR footprint optic mount for this pistol and demonstrate the installation in this video.Show more
