As we get into spring, what illnesses are metro Detroit docs seeing?

It may not feel like May, but spring has officially arrived in metro Detroit. That seasonal transition is good news in the fight against the flu. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) said there were 26 million illnesses, 290,000 hospitalizations and 19,000 deaths from the flu this season.
