Iranian forces seized a Panama-flagged oil tanker on Wednesday in the Strait of Hormuz, the U.S. Navy said, marking the second time in less than a week that Iran has captured a commercial ship in the region. Wednesday's seizure by Iran was the latest in a string of ship seizures and explosions to roil the region.
