The end of the ATF's rule making?!

SCOTUS accepted a case challenging the ruling of Chevron Deference for agencies in the federal government. This could strip the ATF and many other agencies of their power to regulate based on their discretion. What are your thoughts? Do you think SCOTUS will overturn a decades old statute?
