Today I made a beautiful Mini Fruit Basket Pie.
I wanted to make a more unique basket weaving pattern, so this is a mini fruit basket pie that I completed after much thought and testing.
My goal was to make it look like a real basket. 😊
There are moments I can watch though I edited a lot if I hurt my wrist during the oven test and it will show in the video.. 😔

Is the weather really hot these days?
I filled the inside with lemon ganache monte creme which goes well with this warm weather.
This lemon cream tastes really good.
Of course, making it the day before and keeping it in the fridge is a hassle, but after tasting it, you'll probably be forgiven.
It's really delicious.

Crispy on the outside and filled with sweet jam and lemon cream on the inside!
