Full Body Workout - no equipment, anywhere, so Save and Share with a friend 👯‍♀️

This workout had me sweeeaating 😅 8-12 reps on each sides
1. Kickbacks to jump squat
2. Weighted forearm reaches
3. Switch jump lunge to forward and reverse lunge
4. Straight leg crunches
5. Sumo squat to opposing knee to elbow
6. Dynamic lateral lunges with high knee
