100 Jumping Jacks Challenge ( Cardio + Burn Calories + Lose Weight)
Jumping Jacks is a great cardiovascular
exercise which can be performed as warm-up
before a more intense training, or as part of
your workout routine if you're looking to lose
weight and burn some calories!
As a weightloss workout, perform this
challenge twice per day, 5 days per week!
