Are your writs and petitions not working through the judicial branch?

Often our demands do not fall under the jurisdiction of the judicial branch, even when told otherwise. Kirk Pendergrass, suggests that your political complaint is a legislative process dictated by common law (source: Lex Parliamentary Americana). The common man is to petition through the military, the local Judge Advocate General, when corrupt branches of government exist. Apparently, the JAG will take receipt of your petition and act per common law. Is it time to change your approach?
