This video from February 14, 2023, HCSB Meeting okay... why hasn't the District added window film to all of its schools yet? It's been how many years since Parkland? Oh, that's right, the District is blowing tax money on pet projects of the teacher's union and corruption.

In this video D3 Board Member - Shannon "The Slayer" Rodriguez and D1 Board Member - Mark "The RINO" Johnson both tag team and chew into why we are spending so much on window film that doesn't even protect children. The strength of the film is not established and has not been verified!!!
