HOMM 3 Exiled Kingdoms pt7 Alliance comes through

Soooo much happening with getting Mage guilds built, transferring resources to others to help finish the mage guilds.
Tower still has some issues with getting theirs to tier 5 lol.

Very much enjoying the mod, and some of the "fixes" and changes to many of the units and new units.
