THE STATE GOVERNMENTS PROFIT GREATLY FROM CHILD SUPPORT. THEY ARE NOT SPENDING IT ON THE KIDS

States do all they can to foster an adverse relationship between divorced parents. He is 100% correct in what he is saying. The thing he was incorrect on was the amount the state of Texas is making from child support. With the matching funds they get from the Untied States Government they have turned child welfare and child support into a 3-4 BILLION dollar per year business in Texas.

All of the money goes into the General Fund. The retirement program for judges is funded by child support payments. It is called the Court Registry Investment System (C.R.I.S.). The money is held off shore in tax haven countries and is basically laundered to those havens tax free. In other words the judges are compromised because the more child support they asses, award and demand, the more that goes right into their pocket. It is a complete scam and the children are harmed not helped by this.

It is one huge rip off to the public and to the children. In Texas this funds in part of one of the largest child trafficking schemes in the United States. Stupid "Custodial Parents" entrap themselves and their children in this and have no clue what they are taking part in.
