I see this all the time: some guy starts a business (let's say an advertising agency) and all he wants to do is have to click the buttons in the ads manager. That's because it's logistically easy. He doesn't want to have to make the ad creatives because making the ad creatives is hard and takes effort. However, that's the entire point of why people pay you. Prospects pay to offload logistical load. If you want to run an smma, or marketing agency, or advertising agency, and you want to get more clients and do better lead generation, it's probably a good idea to position yourself as end-to-end. Where you do all of the complex things for them. This applies to facebook ads, google ads, meta ads, tiktok ads, absolutely everything. It's like being a social media marketing agency or who doesn't make the posts to posts on social media, but instead just using a scheduling tool to post whatever stuff the client has already made. It's not a great offer. If you want to sign better, higher ticket clients, you need to be doing more.
