Elementary school principle James Marsh in Summersville, West Virginia, had a bear-y strange encounter Monday after removing an anti-bear lock bar from the school dumpster and a black bear scrambled out. According to Marsh, CCTV footage showed the bear going in and out of the dumpster all weekend.
