Psalm 133 | Unity is a Blessing

Psalm 133 is a short but powerful psalm that celebrates the goodness and beauty of unity among God's people. The psalm begins with the declaration that it is "good and pleasant" when brothers dwell together in unity, using the metaphor of oil running down Aaron's beard and onto his garments as a symbol of the blessing that comes from unity.

In the New Testament, the concept of unity is also emphasized, particularly in the writings of the apostle Paul. In his letter to the Ephesians, for example, Paul urges believers to "maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace" (Ephesians 4:3).
