May 2023 - be aware of what frequency you are engaging with

It's so important right now for all of us who are on the evolutionary path to be aware of what we are engaging with. I hope I explain it in this video as to why, as we need to fix the higher frequencies into our path for the next 6-8 months. After recording this video I feel it even more important than ever to not engage with anger, or to stay angry, but to get the anger out, clear it, and rise back up again.

We are fixing the grid, we are setting the path for what is to come. I believe it is already here, but we can accelerate it if we spend time every day bringing our conscious awareness into it.
