Leaders must ask not IF but WHEN I am offended, how will I choose NOW to react when it happens? If leaders waste time being offended, they also waste emotional energy. There are resources which must be in full reserve or replenished regularly. Time, talent, treasure and attention will all be depleted if a leader allows offense and drama to rule their lives.
