Social democrat New Democratic Party MP Don Davies has mourned the fall of the anti-communist South Vietnamese puppet state and honoured anti-communist collaborators who fled to Canada after the its liberation by Vietnamese communists in 1975. TCF Editor-in-Chief Aidan Jonah explains more.
