In the distant past, I tried the ostrich neck and I liked it so much that I decided to repeat this dish many years later and as it turned out, it was not in vain! Ostrich meat is quite tough, but if it is baked in the oven for 8 hours, it becomes incredibly soft and delicious. A side dish of potatoes is perfect for this dish.
