Crowned Heads Le Patissier Corona Gorda PCA 2021 Cigar Review - This 6.5x44 stick features an almost jet black thick, firmly packed rustic wrapper with a good bit of oil and rough tooth, a triple cap and rich cocoa and campfire aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with plumes of thick rich medium bodied smoke showing a rich almost milk chocolate and light earth like umami joining in, all carrying through the long smooth finish. The first third comes up to a medium-full body continuing the flawless construction, with the only flavor change being the earth going deeper and more robust on the finish. 40 minutes at the 1/2 way point the burn has slowed down, body is still up there and flavors are still rich and complex, with the cocoa up a notch and the earth down, just switching places. Ending at 1:15 the last third holds the same notes with just a touch of strength joining in.
