Rochester, New York city officials announced on Monday that no criminal charges will be filed in connection to the fatal GloRilla concert stampede from March. Investigators report three people died and eight others were injured when people rushed to exit the venue after the rap artist's performance. The city says they will review licensing procedures for entertainment events and put in additional safety measures.
