Get Fit for Summer: Join the May Virtual Workout Challenge Group

As the Home Gym Hustle Hero, I want to help you take your fitness goals to the next level, and I believe the best way to do it is to take small steps, make progress, and achieve your goals. That's why I'm inviting you to join me and the group for the entire month of May. Every Monday and Friday at 7 a.m., we'll be doing virtual workouts together. The workouts are cardio-based, and it only takes 25 minutes, so you can easily fit it into your busy schedule.
