What Happens When a Pharmacist Finds Out What Causes Long COVID?

Employees are agents of corporations. Corporations have to stay in compliance with local regulations. If corporations a presented with a situation placing them in direct liability, would they then defer to the local public health establishment in order to place them as the ultimate stakeholders (as FDA says they are) in order to escape liability?
