Is it good? - "EMPIRE OF ANGELS IV" (NSwitch)

Sometimes you find out about games/franchises you've never heard of. In my case, i never heard of Empire of Angels before this one game but there is a reason for that which i will explain in the video.
So, lets take a look a a franchise that i wished were localized.
And no, its not from a chinese dev team, its from a taiwanese dev team.
