The Book of Genesis Lesson 17 - Leadership is the most important title or position in any organization. starting by the Kingdom of God. Can anyone be or become a leader? Yes, in fact that rule was giving to us in the beginning by the Creator himself. He calls all of us rulers of His creations. Except ruling over each other. Ruling is also leading. A leader is someone who leads or show a direction to someone. No one one lead nothing and no one hast nothing to lead. In fact the person or a follower or a member or a person everyone hast to lead is oneself. Yes the first and the most difficult person to lead is you.. This blow my mind because I though that my my role as a leader was to lead others only . So I decided to check myself and soon realised that myself was a piece of work. Well I humble myself and start leading and be fun of myself before leading others. Leadership is a Higher level of Personal Humility.
