Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe
1 1/2 cups of chicken thighs or breast
3 carrots
2-4 stalks of celery
1 sweet onion
1 tbs ghee
2 tsp arrowroot flour
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 garlic cloves
salt to taste
2 32 oz cartons of bone broth
1 tbs ghee
1 bay leaf
splash of hot sauce

chop carrot, celery, and onion and saute them in the ghee over medium heat, add in the arrowroot powder to thicken. add the spices and cook over medium heat. mix in both and bring to a boil and add chicken. lower heat and let simmer for 40 mins slightly covered. remove and shred chicken. add last tbs of ghee and pour in pasta until al dente, about 15 mins. salt to taste.

Strawberry Matcha
muddle 2 chopped strawberries and add in a splash of maple syrup and vanilla bean paste.
add 1/2 heaping tsp of matcha to hot water and mix in vanilla cymbiotika magnesium. add 1 cup of milk over strawberries and ice and pour matcha over the top!
