Case against Shakib Khan seeking compensation of 100 crore rupees
Film producer Rehmat Ullah has filed a money suit against actor Shakib Khan for defamation and seeking compensation of 100 crore rupees. This case was filed in the first joint district judge court of Dhaka on Sunday.
Shafiqul Alam, head of Dhaka's first joint district judge's court, confirmed the matter of the case. He said that the judge of the court, Masudul Haque, has ordered the plaintiff of the case to submit the court fee by May 15.

Through this, Rahmat Ullah has accepted irreparable financial and social losses. The value of this loss is 100 crores. His client filed a money suit on Sunday to recover this money.
When asked, Shakib Khan's lawyer Khairul Hasan that he has heard that a money suit case has been filed against his client (actor Shakib Khan) seeking compensation of Tk 100 crore. The matter will be dealt with legally.
Earlier on April 13, producer Rahmat Ullah filed a defamation case against Shakib Khan in the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) court of Dhaka under Sections 499, 500, 501 of the Penal Code. The court directed the Police Bureau of
Investigation (PBI) to investigate the case.
Earlier on March 27, actor Shakib Khan filed a case against Rahmat Ullah in the Cyber ​​Tribunal of Dhaka under the Digital Security Act on charges of defamation and extortion. The court also directed the PBI to investigate the case filed by him. Four days before filing this case, Shakib Khan filed another case of extortion and defamation against Rahmat Ullah in Dhaka's CMM court. In that case, Rahmat Ullah surrendered to the court on April 26 and took bail.
Recently, Rahmat Ullah filed a written complaint against Shakib Khan in the Bangladesh Film Artists Association. In the complaint, he said that Shakib Khan raped a female co-producer during the shooting of the movie 'Operation Agneepath' in Australia in 2017. Rahmat Ullah is one of the producers of this movie.
In view of the complaint, Shakib Khan recently went to Gulshan police station in the capital to file a defamation case against Rahmat Ullah. But the police advised him to file a case in court. Later, Shakib Khan went to the Dhaka Metropolitan Police's Intelligence Division (DB) office at Minto Road in the capital with his complaint. On that day, it was said by the DB that Shakib Khan's complaint will be investigated.
