First, I logged into ChatGPT and typed a prompt to generate a personalized script for guided meditation. Here’s an example prompt:

“Create a meditation for a high achieving woman who needs to decrease stress and release from rumination about the future in the past so she can let her worries, fade away and focus on the present.”

2️⃣ Text to Expressive Voice
Using Elevenlabs.io

I used Elevenlabs.io to convert the text from ChatGPT to audio with a soothing voice. After creating my own overdubbed voice in Descript

3️⃣ Relevant Images for Meditation Script Using Dreamstudio

Next, I used Stable Diffusion via Dreamstudio to generate relevant images for the meditation script. I provided a prompt and received a few images to choose from.

4️⃣ Smart Subtitles Using Descript

By combining these cutting-edge AI tools, I created a personalized meditation video that can help decrease stress and bring clarity to the mind.
