As of now, I have not found a single piece of evidence on the net that Russian Air Force missiles struck an apartment building in Uman yesterday.

There is no military rationale for any missile strikes on residential buildings in the central part of Ukraine. As practice has shown, Russian missiles are very precise weapons, and the nature of the destruction is more indicative of a controlled explosion or a gas explosion.
