- Kick out to v-up (10 reps)
- Supported plate kick-out (8-10 reps)
Rest - 30sec

2️⃣ Superset:
- V-ups (10 reps)
- Bicycle DB pass (20 passes)
Rest - 30sec

3️⃣ Superset:
- Leg drop tuck (10 reps)
- Plate hollow hold (30sec)
Rest - 60sec
