Colorado Assault Weapon Ban Defeated For Now

While I wasn't able to shoot, I got active in politics defending our rights here in Colorado. A lot of people told me that I was wasting my time, but a lot of us came together and stood up to it. We succeeded in stopping it from getting out of the committee. I can’t thank you all enough for testifying. I know it was uncomfortable, tiring, and felt like you wasted the day, but your hard work paid off. This isn’t over. This is a battle we all have to constantly fight, but this shows what I’ve always said, there’s power in numbers and united we will rise.
