.. through Christ which strengthenest you. Our title comes from Philippians 4:13 (KJV - with 'you' instead of 'I/me'). Pastor Mike preaches this verse, along with 1 John 4:4 and Romans 12:2 to remind us that as believers we are children of God with the Power of the Blood and of the Holy Spirit to be 'more than conquerors' (Romans 8:37) over the temptations of the world and Satan's wiles.

We must keep our mind and thoughts upon the promises of Scripture, and not all the "Look! Squirrel!" distractions thrown at us. Quit complaining, don't give up, and realize that every day is a fresh start on our path to Victory.

Just pick up your 'cross' and face each new day with assurance that you have supernatural help.
