God is good all the time 816: Reading scripture through a 21st Century Lens

There are those that say we cannot read scripture through the lens of things today. Why not? Because we don't know the historical context of what was going on then and we cannot apply things to views today. Poppycock!! I hate to say it folks but I have said it before, there is nothing new under the sun. Because of this fact then we can read scripture through the 21st Century lens and know what God means.
