Land wanted

WHAT WE NEED:

- less than 3 hour drive to Grand Rapids, Michigan
- 50k or less, accepts loans or land contract (ie. no cash, cash auction)
- 8 acres-ish or more
- easy access to get onto the property for non 4WD vehicles
- not near a sub or direct neighbors, both for privacy and to avoid strict zoning restrictions
- not an open field. TREES
- not in a flood-risk zone

Trying to heal by making our dream a reality:
growing our own food,
making our own home goods,
having a more meaningful, sustainable, off-grid, less stressful, and healthy life.
Build 2 home structures: a cabin and also a cordwood consturction home, and other storage buildings.
Pets and small livestock.
