Cell phones being used as devices to do hits and Gang stalking

This has been going on for 3 years but really longer than that only reason why I'm saying anything cuz I'm about tired of it and nobody's doing anything besides allowing this s*** to go on why somebody's getting paid a little bit of money and some big cat is making all this damn money behind it just thought you should know
