This week I'm joined by Ohio farmer, ag agent, and farm board member Grant Davis to educate me on the future of farming. As the workforce ages we may have challenges filling the farming labor supply, so Grant helps me understand how we might overcome that, how new farmers can get started, what some governments (at least his state government) is doing to support farmers, and more.
