4. Close your eyes: Close your eyes and focus on your breathing.

5. Let thoughts slip away: Let all thoughts slip away and try to focus only on your breathing.

6. Stay in relaxed state for 10 minutes: Stay in this relaxed state and focus only on your breathing for 10 minutes.

7. Slowly open your eyes: When you're done, slowly open your eyes and carry the sense of relaxation and calm with you throughout the day
