McHood Campground, Winslow Arizona

McHood Campground is a municipal park just outside of Winslow, Arizona. We came across this on Free Campsites.NET. This is not a free campsite but is within the $15.00 limit that the website puts on campgrounds to be listed. During the off season the restrooms and showers were not open. There are no hook ups, but the sites are all pull through and paved (Nice). This was a perfect stop for us driving from Quartzsite to Taos so I could get more skiing in. The sunrise was spectacular. I would say, well worth the stop!
