Netflix The Witcher Show Issues, ROG Ally Details, AMD CPU Problems, Red Cross on Games and more

Witcher​
Everyone here is probably aware of the Wicher Franchise some might even be playing now. But for this topic let's focus on the Netflix Witcher adaptation because Netflix recently dropped the trailer and promotion material for season 3 and if you look at the comments it’s basically Lord of the Rings quotes incorrectly attributed to Martin Luther King. TLDR people are trashing the comments section of the videos, people are saying that for them Season 3 will be the final season.

So why is this happening? Let's start with: Henry Cavil will be leaving the Witcher Netflix Show after season 3 and he will be replaced by a new actor. Henry Cavil plays Geralt on the show, Do note Henry Cavil said in an interview that he was committed to the 7 seasons they plan on a condition that they remain faithful to the source material. So if we go by that logic they were not faithful.

ROG Ally
Seems like the ROG ally is coming out sooner, like very soon. Asus will officially announce the availability and pricing information on May 11 at an Asus event. Just a recap the RoG Ally is a handheld console similar to Steam Deck with the following specs.

AMD Burn​
We have a hot topic, quite literally because it seems like some AMD CPUs are burning up. It started when a Reddit user shared a bulge on the processor 7800X3D as well as burn marks on the motherboard practically killing it. So what is the cause? Well according to the reports by Igorslab it’s related to the voltages applied. Basically, the cpu gets higher or boosted voltage killing it. This might be the reason why AMD disables overclocking on the older 5800X3D. Ryzen 7000X3D processors do not allow for CPU ratio or CPU core voltage tuning but do allow for performance tuning and DRAM overclocking via PBO2 and EXPO memory; AMD EXPO and Some processors are more sensitive to overvoltage than others.

Red Cross​
So why are we talking about Red Cross on a gaming podcast, well because the Red Cross has begun to promote the rules of war, known as the “Geneva Convention”
According to the official Play by the Rules website, the Red Cross is encouraging players of the FPS genre to abide by the Geneva Conventions.

Angry Birds Mercedes

Farlight 84 Global
After several years of BETA, almost 2 years in fact the battle royal Farlight has been released globally for Android, iOS, and PC platforms. The game is a battle royale hero shooter which looks like Fortnite without the building with some Valorant or overwatch-style abilities.

Electronic Arts
Last January EA or Electronic Arts reported a profit of 1.3 Billion dollars on its latest fiscal quarters. EA CEO specifically mentions The Sims 4, EA Sports FIFA 23, and Apex Legends for the success. However despite the success 6 percent of the global workforce has been laid off.
