Sajdah-e-Sahw is a prostration of forgetfulness that a Muslim performs during Salah (Islamic prayer) if they miss an obligatory action or make a mistake during the prayer. There are five recommended ways (Sunnah) to perform Sajdah-e-Sahw:

Perform two prostrations after the completion of the prayer: This is the most common way to perform Sajdah-e-Sahw. After the completion of the prayer, the worshipper performs two extra prostrations and then concludes the prayer with the Tasleem.

Perform Sajdah-e-Sahw before the Tasleem: The worshipper can perform Sajdah-e-Sahw after the final Tashahhud and before the Tasleem. In this case, they would perform the Sajdah-e-Sahw, recite the Tasleem, and then conclude the prayer.

Perform Sajdah-e-Sahw during the prayer: The worshipper can perform Sajdah-e-Sahw during the prayer if they miss an obligatory action or make a mistake. They would perform the Sajdah-e-Sahw immediately after completing the current Rak'ah and then continue with the prayer.

Repeat the entire prayer: If the worshipper forgets a large portion of the prayer or misses a Rak'ah, they may repeat the entire prayer as an act of Sajdah-e-Sahw.

Repeat the missed portion of the prayer: If the worshipper misses an obligatory action, they may repeat only the missed portion of the prayer as an act of Sajdah-e-Sahw.

These are the five recommended ways (Sunnah) to perform Sajdah-e-Sahw in Salah.
