This is the Van life journey most don't show you - cooking dinner at a gas station on the side of the highway! After a long day of driving, we found ourselves at a Chevron in the middle of nowhere, cooking up some delicious Cajun chicken salad at a picnic table beside the propane tanks. We give you a tour of our impromptu kitchen while the rain starts to pour down but we make the best of it by enjoying our meal in the comfort of our cozy van.
