Cat Strength

Have you ever pondered the strength of cats? They prefer the "upward meow" pose during their favorite yoga and Pilates poses, which they do for the majority of the day. But despite their diminutive stature, they are capable of lifting weights that would make Arnold Schwarzenegger envious. In fact, you can always call your feline friend for assistance with moving furniture; they'll get the job done in a flash. Not to mention how strong their grip is—it's like they have little velcro pads on the end of their paws.
